Same. I wish I weren't so easily affected by others sometimes.

It definitely makes things harder.
Though art usually helps me[when i am not super exhausted].
and music of my fave bands helps a lot.

i was so not feeling it yesterday and my sis played my fave bands on the tv
and it was great and made me feel SO much better.

Music sometimes helps, though it depends on how bad a day it is. Sometimes it doesn't help at all. :(

For me certain bands can snap me out of things.
depending on the severity of my depression.

Yeah, it all depends on the severity. Sometimes it gets to the point where nothing I do helps.

I'm really sorry guys. I take celexia at night. When that's not enough I play big band music and tap dance. If it's anger at something from long ago I take it to Jesus.
Theres no pat solutions. Don't isolate yourselves. Ok.💕

I live with family so I guess I'm not fully isolated?

I live with family too but can't stand living with my father.
the king of negativity.

But let's change the subject to something happier.

Never heard of 'bitter melon.'
Never really tasted it either.

Watermelon i am not a fan of due to how sticky it is
and watery. and i don't like messy foods.

But i like cantelope and honeydew.

Bitter melon's...well, bitter. XD There's several different types of bitter melon, with various degrees of bitterness.

I personally dislike bitter melon a lot, but a lot of people seem to like it for some reason.

I rarely eat melons too...bitter melon's considered a type of vegetable and not a fruit though.
