ooOOOoh, very creepy feel, i like it ^^

well, for crits~
just at a glance, there's somethin funny about the left arm~
it just looks like it shouldn't connect to the shoulder o.o like, it's someone elses arm.
The face could use some work, the ominous stare is nice, if you defined the nose a bit it would look pretty good~
make sure you look at facial structure and the way it looks at angles ^^
Other than that, you got the feeling right~!! most the anatomy is heading in the right direction
