It has recently come to our attention that some of you have not been receiving your Mennies after contributing to the site. Currently, we are trying to figure out what exactly the problem is.

We encourage all users affected by this glitch to PM Captain Howdy, Knerd, or zigbigadorlube a screenshot of their transaction ID and order details so that we can pass this information on to our administrator.

We promise you will receive your Mennies as soon as possible. And we sincerely apologize for any stress or inconvenience this matter has caused. Menewsha is a happy community, and we want nothing more than our users to remain happy.

I haven't been affected, but I love how our admins are so on top of things! I hope it all gets resolved quickly and easily <3

Well, I've been waiting FIVE days and this is the first time anything has been acknowledged outside of me hunting people down looking for answers.

Not very timely in my book.

I haven't been having any issues. I wonder why some people have. D:

I also donated this month on the 2nd or 3rd with no issues, however that was before the first report of this started happening. I find it odd and incredibly frustrating that it's working for some users but not spitting them out for others. I think the count is now at 5 people that it's affecting.

Well 5 isn't too bad! I mean I know it's frustrating for those with the problem and you all have my sympathies, but I have no doubt the staff can get it figured out! It's certainly not gonna deter me from buying more mennies! XD

I had no idea this was even an issue. So sorry that it is happening. I know you are doing the best you can behind the scenes to resolve it!

hey guys, to those affected by the donation issues - just a little more wait til you get your mennies, rest assured that you'll get them real soon

we're unsure at this time what causes these hiccups in the donation system, it doesn't look like its an issue on our end since donations are still coming in. we'll keep everyone posted if we find out more about the issue

so will i have issues getting mennies for the new cis? because i want them but if you are having issues right now i would rather wait then just add to the problem.

I am going to be bummed if I miss out on the new contribution item.

don't worry, while we don't know yet the cause of the donation bug, those were isolated cases, people are still able to donate even after these issues were reported. but as said in this announcement, if anyone gets this donation bug, please email support or send a pm to Captain Howdy, Knerd, zigbigadorlube, or me

@kirin don't worry, i'm constantly poking the mennies guy (not kidding) about this issue, you'll all get your missing mennies for sure. but if it does come to that, you can still get the contrib items

Thank you very much for getting back to me about that. It is a relief to know that it is not going to affect that unless we just happened to have that happened randomly. I mean it is a serious issue. Which I understand, but it isolated as you said and might not happen anymore and were just those select few. Thank you again.

How? You know what you can ignore my whining. Just really like having Mennies.

For those of us that have sent in our proof of donating why is it taking this long to get the mennies added to our accounts? My frustration level on this has pretty much reached it's peak, tomorrow is two weeks from when I donated with nothing to show for it.
