It is a rare phenomenon that I can complete a thing...
I am lacking of perseverance.

I use to be like that, but I took up writing in journals around the age of 14 and never really stopped. I think I'm about at 20-30 journals/diaries in boxes. ;o I feel really sorry for anyone who actually sits down and reads them. I would probably use to of been embarrassed about the fact I wrote EVERYTHING down in them, but now it's like "if you're that interested to read those journals and you actually make it through them, kudos" Plus judge me all you want. Most of the things are well in the past and even now, well I wouldn't life if someone asked me something. Lol I'm pretty much an open book. But I don't reveal things unless asked. Most people just don't ask or don't ask the right questions. :P so my "secrets" stay safe.

Then it would be lost out in the world. It doesn't really matter to me about what gets out that I write about. I mean we find journals and diaries of people who lived centuries ago and it gives insight on what was happening and how they felt about it and all that jazz. It's history. Maybe my uninteresting history to some people but still.

That's actually quite interesting.

My notebooks wouldn't seem very comprehensible to most people because I tend to write in my own shorthand. I'll just jot down a few things to remember that to someone might seem disjuncture, but to me jar a whole lot of remembering. My mind is like a catelog system, I have an almost perfect memory when I can pull things, but I need one or two word reminders to pull back up the things I need. So my notebooks are full of random important things.

Lol I ramble a lot in my journals and debunk a whole lot of just whatever is flowing through my brain so it's not like it's structured or even probably interesting to most people. xD And I use to have all sorts of random stuff in my journals but now I have journals for different things.
A journal for my dreams (I almost always remember mine) which is by my bed. usually short handed and full of wtf doodles and random wording that only really makes sense to me so I can remember my dreams.

I use to have my food diary/journal when I was keeping track of calories and what all I ate and whatnot along with my exercise, but that's since been turned into my appointment book for like doctor appointments and things I need to do before my sons arrival. Lol I'm sure I'll have a notebook to keep up with eating/breast feeding, diaper changes and all that jazz.

Then my daily journal. That I write in every night/day.

Then my poetry/short story journal that keeps all my ideas and writings like that.
