Do you have a cookie sheet you could lay over the dish? That works almost as well in a pinch. ^_^

Yes, really. It doesn't work quite as well for keeping the steam in but it helps a lot.

I also highly recommend looking for pyrex or anchor casserole dishes with glass lids (I've gotten several at yard sales). Best bakeware ever, no tinfoil required. ^_^
