There will be one clue released for everyone to figure out. {{NOTE: THE CLUES, AND WHERE THE NPC IS LOCATED WILL BE THE SAME FOR EVERYONE}}

And in that one clue released, your able to exchange candies with them until the end of the event. Which will be plenty of time.
