I've done that for shows that I've drifted from and then needed to re watch so it's all fresh in my head when i tackles the newer episodes!

It's always fun to rewatch like that because you notice things you didn't notice before, or you appreciate different aspects you didn't before if you watched it at a different age or point in your life :3 I've had that happen with a few different anime that I've rewatched throughout the years - Hana Yori Dango and Sailor Moon being a couple of them! <3

Anime is still airing but almost at an end and the manga finished a few months back.

Let me know when it finishes! I'll give it a shot then - that way I don't feel rushed to catch up to the new episodes! ;)
