Mine doesn't have noodles. And it's very mildly spicy, it's a comforting level of spicy, great to eat when hot it's just very soothing when it goes down your throat. I like it. The lemongrass makes it very refreshing too.

I also love soups, Facade. They're such an easy and filling food, I had mine with some bread.

All I know is Tom yum has coconut milk and I think tomato in it. I didn't think it was lemongrass.
I don't like that salty ramen store bought crap. XD

I lived on them for a while. I think it was like $0.10 for a package of ramen. I ate so much of it that I still, to this day, don't like eating it. The salt is really a killer.

Tom Yum has shrimp but my lemongrass soup didn't it had small bits of chicken.

I absolutely love tofu pho!
It's so tasty, but a lot of people eat pho incorrectly...
They douse it in sriracha and when you do that, you mask the flavors of the soup and ruin it.

You're supposed to get a separate bowl to put the sauces in, then you use your chopsticks to dip the proteins in the sauces. It always bugs me when people pour a ton of sriracha in their pho and ten act like that's the proper way to eat it! Arrgggghhhh!

I really don't care how people eat or what they eat, but to claim that that is the proper way to eat it is so wrong! x.x

I've never had sriracha. I don't like hot sauce in my noodles or soup, only with chicken sandwiches made with baguette and lettuce *u*

That being said, I don't mind peppers and chillies in my soup, just no sauce

I hate sriracha so much. I only like Mexican peppers like poblanos and ancho. Hot sauce is no good.

oh man, i hate the flavor of sriracha. i don't mind the spice, but the flavor... blech. the only hot sauce i really like is Cholula. but i do also love chile, specifically chile verde.

I like roasted Peppers the best
