Energy drinks aren't very good for you.. They dehydrate you more than anything. >_< My husband drinks waaaay too many Monsters a day and I ask him to cut back because they really are pretty damaging.

I know velvet. I haven't had an energy drink in years. and I barely touch soda even.

I finally tried some energy drinks when cramming for my school this year, but they hardly had any effect on me, just like coffee.

I'm pregnant so I'm completely off anything caffeine anyway. :P
