The staff posted a while ago about consolidating the forums to make them easier to browse. I wonder what happened with that. Their sketch of how it would look seemed good.

He's always been an aloof sort of guy. Except for back when he first took over the site, he never really spends much time on it, lol.

....Iiiii officially have Concerns about that. That's pretty much what Gaia's now-former owners did before the current (and original) one took the reins again.

Only rather than just doing a bunch of coding and then dropping off the face of the earth, they pumped a bunch of gold into the economy and pretty much wrecked it, put out crappy, sub-par items and pushed ALL OF THEM and constantly having sales to take all the money they could, while pretty much wrecking the site itself by bringing in either unneeded features or "fixing" old ones...and not repairing their "fix". And banning everyone who mentioned their usernames in the forums.

Sooo compared to that, at least Menewsha's only neglected, rather than actively being destroyed

Yeah...Gaia's problems were caused by actively wrecking things, whereas Menewsh's are from just neglect XP

True. XD I'll take Menewsha over Gaia any day! I just wish avatar sites would be a thing again so they'd stop dying. :(

Gaia has some things mene doesn't. More games, mostly (zOMG the MMO, and more).

The quality of Mene's community is much better in general, but it needs some major coding fixes. A site where new users cannot sign up is a major death flag, unfortuantely.

Yeah, Inso was working on them from what I gathered after the initial server change, but somewhere along the way stopped and just disappeared. D:

Whatever happened to Yan? I thought he was able to work on the coding. I haven't heard from jelly since being back, either.

I read somewhere that Inso poached Yan into helping him with some coding elsewhere, dunno where. Jelly left one day for reasons I don't know and as far as I've heard she's not coming back either. :(
