So finally they made a game about me. Peeblo the Imp. It's good they got around to acknowledging me. Even if I do have to share the game with that stupid cat Yumeh.

Use your sardines to smash those irritating, giggling angels into the ground! Vent your frustrations and earn a bit of gold doing so. Win-Win, right? Just be careful - not everything you smash is a good thing. (Even if it's satisfying to squish things anyway.)

There was a clang of a shop bell as someone entered The Toy Box. The enigmatic old fellow that the locals refer to as "The Toymaker" looked up over the glasses he was wearing. He saw no one, but this neither confused nor frightened him. He took the oddity as phlegmatically as he took just about anything and simply waited.

"Hey - Geezer," came a strange little voice from floor level, followed by a knocking at the divider that separated the front of the shop from the back. "Lemmie in."

The Toymaker got off of his work stool and without a second thought unlatched the divider and opened it to see a strange little figure standing there - presumably the owner of the strange little voice. The creature was red with black stripes, a white and red mohawk, body paint, and far more teeth than anyone but a shark would dare to have.

"Ah, Peeblo," the Toymaker greeted placidly. It wasn't the usual to have an imp as a customer, but the Toymaker was a firm believer that all creatures of all ages needed to play.

"Right," Peeblo said impatiently. "Listen up - I've gotta thing I want you to build for me. They say you're the best toymaker in the Chain, so you're probably the only human that can do it and do it right."

The Toymaker motioned Peeblo to come with him to the back of the shop where they sat at a table and Peeblo drew out what he wanted, explaining how it worked.

"...And when the little angel pops up, you *smash* it with a sardine. It's kinda a training tool for us imps," Peeblo finished.

"Ah, a variation of 'Whack-a-Rodent' games," the Toymaker said. "But why sardines?"

"How else would you play Sardine Smash? With a cod?" Peeblo sneered.

As the Toymaker could find no particular flaw in the imp's logic, he let the issue drop.

Haha. I love these kinds of games! I'll have to check it out in a little bit!

I really don't like this game. Your fish becomes unusable for most of the play time. It really sucks.

I love it! But I totally fail at it. : D My sardine turns red really quickly...it only takes about three squishes in a row to KO my poor little sardine.

I think I need a guide for what's good and bad and how to keep your sardine from dying : (

Fun! Though I'm finding it really hard to get the hang of aiming the sardine; I've played about ten times and have yet to earn a single piece of gold. xD

I'm not sure if it's just me not figuring out the game, but I have a lot of problems figuring out the hit detection between the front row (Which seems to be easy as easy) and the back row, which seems to be not registering in any position unless it's pixel perfect, which I would assume is the point of the back row being harder.
But it's a bit too hard, I pretty much mashed everywhere to get an angel in the back, but nowhere I clicked was good enough.


So I got a total of 1 gold after 5 or 6 tries.

I bet this would be easier with a mouse. Darn trackpad.

Now I'm curious about playing it with my tablet...

To say that I'm bad at this game is putting it lightly....I totally suck. XD;;;
I keep missing those darn angels with my feesh!
