In Chrome the tab for this thread says "Starstruck- I want a hango" before it gets cut off and my brain keeps filling in the last word as "hangover". As if anyone would want one.

@Anta: Yes! It might not be 46% but I'm sure it's somewhere close to there. We did voter turn out in Modern Studies last week. I was shocked it was that low actually D;

@Placebo: And make one for dark and disturbing! 8DDD

@Kat: lmao!! Hangover xDDDD I've never had one before, but from the descriptions I've read of it, it sounds awful. xD

---------- Post added 09-24-2012 at 10:18 PM ----------

@Bucket Tea: Yeah, that's scarily low. o_O Why don't people vote more? D:

@Kat: Haha I've just noticed that too! xD I think I'd rather take a slow and painful death than a hangover to be honest, I get awful ones!

@Anta: I have no idea. None of the candidates for PM are overly good right now (I'm not of legal age to vote just now, but if I was during the last election I would have struggled) so I think that could be a factor. :/

I don't seem to suffer from really bad hangovers. I always drink as much water as I can manage before going to bed if I've been drinking.

I think the most common symptom of a hangover is a really bad headache.

I've read about sensitivity to light and sound along with the headache. :o

I can drink a lot and feel slightly tipsy, but I haven't had a hangover before.

@Anta: Well when I'm hungover I always end up throwing up. No headaches or anything, just sickness. It usually lasts the whole day too, so no food or drinks (which doesn't help the dehydration) and just constant stomach cramps.

Who knows. It's always better to vote for someone though. Out of the three main candidates I probably would have stuck with Labour.

@Placebo: Have fun! :)

My constituency always declares first in the general election. We're oddly proud of that.

@Bucket Tea: ...Oh. I hope I never have to experience a hangover then. o__O;;

Our country can finish counting the votes within a few hours after the voting ends, so many people vote, head home, wait for dinner time, and watch the news count while having dinner. XD

But Labour always wins in all of the Sunderland constituencies. They may as well just declare it in advance.

People stay up all night watching the live coverage on the news channels. They try to use fancy graphics to make it exciting but it just gets cringe-worthy.

@Anta: Out of all the people I know, I get the worst hangovers. The rest of my family just get the rattles and my dad gets a loss of appetite, that's it though D;

@Kat: Scotland is usually Labour too, though Lib Dem have been popular thanks to their views on tuition fees. Though since Clegg backed out of his promises for England, I don't see them making a comeback to be honest :/

I hadn't even anything of Nick Clegg in ages until I saw that video of him singing his apology.

Same here to be honest. He's definitely kept in the background.

Oh, did you hear about the new whip Cameron picked had a total radge at the police outside downing street?

I didn't realise people were so offended by the word pleb. Still, a grown man should be able to control his temper.

I didn't think it was that offensive either, I use it all the time haha. The best political outburst I heard lately was George Galloway calling someone a window licker on Twitter haha

George Galloway is completely removed from reality.

I can't believe Ed Miliband actually used the word "omnishambles". The Thick of It is practically a documentary now.

Yeah, he said it in Prime Minister's Questions. When you're in opposition you can just do whatever you want.

This is why I want to start my own country so I can have my rules and stuff and where everything would actually work... oh and we won't spend 32 billion pounds to make a trip to Birmingham by train 20 mins quicker... Everyone I know on mene is allowed to live with out having to fill out an application. :3

I think I might check the post again, I'm not sure if the postman had even been when I looked earlier.
