The Basement Storage has nothing muhahahaha
The Boiler Room i expect to have a mechanic in it. groundskeepers so to speak that did maintenance on the house to keep it running. mayhaps still does :D
The Dungeon and dragons is so famous. That with seraching there can't possibly be anything here
The Freezer has ice cream cones :D
The Laboratory definetly has a ghost of a lab person, or the big man himself -nod-
The Laundry Room, quite possibly contains the maid
The Maintenance Room meh who cares. nothing or items
The Pantry, yay clothes? or is it food..
The Wine Cellar, contains well aged things. this is not limited to ghosts.
