I've never had a cat before. >.<

Cats are funny they do silly things then pretend they ment to. Or go after things only kitties can see.

I've had cat scratches right near my eye from my 2 year old cat and she pretends she didn't do it, she also did the same thing when she cut open the inside of my lip.

I've had cats my entire life.

You need to be nice to them.

I'm more of a dog person. But since my boyfriend loves cats, we have to compromise. Lol.

Most of my friends have cats though. They're cute and all but they mostly stay away from me. XD

My latest cat rescue adopted me when my fiancee brought her home. She firmly follows ALL of the cat rules. Things like: never sit on something when you can sit on something on TOP of something else; always roll in the clean laundry; always prefer trash and cardboard boxes to the toys and catbeds the Peoples buy for you; get in between the Peoples and anything they might be reading or writing (this includes the monitor and keyboard); always tell your People you are ready for a petting and then move just out of reach - make them work for it.

This one is especially weak to the reverse psychology talk. If I tell a visitor that my cat never plays with the toy I got her - that's when she'll play with it. If I'm holding her and she hasn't moved for a while, even when I walk over to the end of the couch she likes to sit on, and I say how she doesn't seem to want to get down.... that's when she leaves like I've been restraining her the whole time.

Since she's grown out of playing I've not had any injuries like that...well except when she goes for my feet while I'm in bed.

I only have one cat right now....but normally I have like 3-4

SO many cat people! I'm more of a dog person, but all my friends prefer/have cats. I always heard this theory that cat people and dog people don't get along very well, but I guess either it's wrong or I'm the exception. XD

I've got two the newest addition is a bit thick.

And people keep comparing my house tiger to Smokey which I don't like because Smokey was the nastiest cat ever you didn't even have to go near him for him to decide that you needed a good clawing.
