Did you mean for an RP that isn't Active?

I am wanting to create a HANGOUT for Characters that may not be in an RP... Like Lunna for one thing, some where all the RP's could take characters that they love and want to just play. no real plot.

I understand that point. But did those characters come from an RP origonally?

I wanted it so that people could bring in characters that dont get played that often but they love. characters that have never been played before or characters that are in a RP but they just would like to take out of the game for a bit.

the take out of game will work, but currently we only allow characters that are in an RP on mene somewhere.

would it work as a RP?

Think up a setting *like a tavern or something* and sure, I'll wonder in with someone.

I know at least one of my other RP partners would love to do it.... seeing as our OOC keeps falling back to our characters talking outside of their rps.

yes one of my characters who has been left in the back of my mind decided to crash the RP and then was screaming at her character so I just had to let her know how crazy he was... and that turned into a shouting match between the two of them with my Main in that RP cowering in the corner.

Yus, just a little bit. Its been a crazy week between the event taking place and such. I think people are having fun though, so there is that.
