we pretty much live off tips here, though a lot of foreigners don't even tip 10% /sigh

Yeah. I've been super busy lately at work. I still have like 80 hours of over time left and I'm leaving at the end of this month.

There are some restaurants over here have a sign there "Please do not tip."

Well, they don't here at least...everything goes into the owner's pockets. The servers just get their same amount of hourly pay.

Yeah, some restaurants charge service taxes...+10% of your total amount.

for ours, restaurants that has profit of more than 300k can charge the service tax, smaller ones are not charged.
