Hmm I was thinking this could be a born race. Sorta add some of our own to it.

We could go her route and make the day be a path choice with only being able to obtain it with excess soul, change by blood and something else. Sorry I'm not fully in her universe atm and had half lost my idea but got it back.

If we make fay a third choice in which one needs an excess of soul, a blood transformation (the ritual being secret but to those in the know) it may work.

I think early 20 would do well. have them just starting out on their careers. we could play a bit with the myth of the Fay stealing a child. but they can tell when a child has excess soul and will still it when it is young, when they think it is unloved. that way the child will be raised with the fay nature but not turned fully fay until they reach adulthood. how about its a rite that they do that mix's the blood to make a young adult into a fay.

That is brilliant! Say about 22 for my girl. Getting close to spinster age but still unusually attractive. We'll put her at post transformation and go into her past later if we care to. This is going to be quite fun. Would you like to set the beginning for this? :)

ok need to know somthing. how are we planning on getting my whitechaple constable to meet up with your high society fay. also i dont think the fay would be out like the vampires, werewolfs and ghosts are.

I plan in her having to go to London. My idea is she would be working undercover on a case that has ties to Ireland and England. A large conspiracy of sorts perhaps.
