OH no it's fine! i love hearing about your progress! You are doing great!!!
I felt like a skinny bitch today (after i had to move my van because i couldn't get out the door) walking to class. haha. I feel like my legs aren't rubbing together like they were and I can walk a lot faster and go up the stairs without almost passing out. I'm still real out of breath, but that's an improvement!

Heartrate went from 77 to 70. Started at 82. Doing good XD planning on a 2 mile today.

It was pretty good. Got a boxed one and a bag of plain. The boxed one had a lot of sodium in it, but was good. too much for one person though!
My heart rate has been going down too! Is it because of all the walking?

Upped to 2.8 mile walk every day. Took a break yesterday and rested my muscles... did mostly yoga and stretches. I felt recharcged today :) thinking of changing from 5,000 to 7,000 a day. Keeping calories under control!!
Not stepping on a scale for a while. I don't want to get discouraged or encouraged... I just want to keep my head forward and focus.

Yes, it is because of all the walking. Normally it wouldn't affect much, but in heavier people like us, a little activity goes a longer way until we start losing.

Sounds like you are on the right track! I'm gonna stick with 3/4 days a week walking for 30 minutes until that gets too easy. I've never really exercised routinely like this.
That's cool. I think it's so neat to see all the little changes.

Since starting my new job a month ago, which involves walking for 8.5 hrs a day, my calves got pretty tight :D
No weight loss yet though

So llonka has been lazy/busy. Last night I meant to go for a walk, but it was too dang windy out and hubby thought it might rain. I should have played wiifit instead but going for a walk is just so much more fun to me. Monday, I meant to go also but had to take Kaleb to cub scouts.
So I haven't worked out at all this week. I need to do something today though, I may go walk this afternoon so that way I won't be deterred by the storms we are supposed to get. It's pretty nice out right now, I might go in a little bit.

I work at Meijer, mostly putting out new clothing, and conditioning the fashion area. It's a full 8 hrs of constant walking.
But I did go rollerblading with the dog the other day

I'm doing a new exercise program that I thought i'd share with you all. its callenetics. (not that jumping one calethetics or whatever) its made by a callen lady and combines tai chi, yoga, and belly dancing. and I gotta say. This is the first program I've ever tried where i've seen results in DAYS. not weeks. DAYS. i'm shocked. My neck has thinned out. my butt is tighter, my tummy has pulled in a bit already.
You guys!!!
I have no idea if i've actually lost weight.... but it HAS made my body look better to myself :D (and its like you're just laying on the floor most of the time. its nice)
