I have been meaning to donate to Mene.
Now that I get SSI I can actually afford to spend some money on a few things that I want, (other than necessities like food, clothing, rent...) I can finally afford to spend like $10 to Mene.

I tried to donate a few times before but I guess the card that was attached to my paypal account was expired and I haven't gotten the chance to add my card yet!

actually my husbands family are related to the original von trapp family that the sound of music was based on. when they came over to america they were scared of being persecuted and brought back to Austria, and so they dropped the Von, from Von Trapp

oh today is such a wonderful day. with air that is filled with smoke and ash from wildfires destroying a lot of our natural beauty. cant breathe, and i've already had to use my inhaler 3 times. and its supposed to be 100 degrees today. fun. but on the plus side today was the first day my kids are back at school, so something in the universe likes me.

can you wear a mask to help filter the ashe?

yes, but unless it is a professional mask the air is still really harmful for us. it is getting better, today i haven't had to use my inhaler. but the fire grew yesterday from 4800 achers to 33000 achers.
