Far off from civilization, resides a clan of Elder Vampires. They have created a village for the newly changed vampires.
This has been going on for two centuries after Dracula (One of the most respected Elders) changed a population of people to vampires. Now the village is a requirement for all 'Newborns.' Following the 25th anniversary of a Newborn's change, they are given the choice of going off in to the human world, abiding by certain rules, or staying while abiding the same rules.

Rules:
1. Please follow all of the Menewshan Rules.
2. Basic RP rules; No playing God, no killing active characters, no bashing others
3. If you want to start a romance, keep it PG-13 and make sure you're partner is cool with it.
4. Maximum of four characters only!
5. Title the PMs "I've always wanted a three-legged table with wheels!" with your skeletons So that, I know you've read the rules (:
6. If you have more than one character, PLEASE make the at least the colors different when writing. If you want to make them different fonts as well, then by all means.
7. If you are absent for 1 week without notice, we will have someone ruthlessly kill off your character.
