I have a really terrible fear of both roaches and spiders. >.< It got much worse after I lived in a roach-infested apartment for 3 months. They were in my bed, my clothing, and my fridge...it was horrible :(

Roaches don't bother me (much).
At least, I don't get the heebie-jeebies when I see one.

But spiders...that's a different story.

I just get all creep...the hairs stand up on my arm...I get goose bumps.
I hate them!

Living in Texas has gotten me used to roaches.
Even the cleanest house here will have roaches once in awhile.

Especially the huge ones (1-2 inches). They come in from outside, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Living in Florida you'd think I'd be used to roaches...but it's made my fear worse D:

The huge ones are the worst :( The one this morning was a big one D:

Well, I sure wouldn't like one running across me...

Also, I hate how they fake death, and then when you pick them up, they start squirming.... (ewww)

I had to laugh at my step Mom inlaw.
A huge roach ran across her kitchen floor. She reached under the sink and grabbed a can of some type of poison, and just started spraying him as he was running away for dear life.

An hour later he was in the living room...casters up.
lol...

I can't pick them up - I"m so scared I can't get near them XDDD I'm so thankful my boyfriend was here this morning D: He not only killed it but he picked it up, brought it to the trashcan in the kitchen instead of the one in my bathroom, and cleaned the floor where he sprayed it XD He knows me so well :P

I kinda hate the thought of spraying poisons around...especially in the kitchen.

haha yeah D: I am actually allergic to them - they make me break out in hives if I touch them XD It's like - touch the spray and get hives or spray it and kill the roach? It's a huge dilemma XD

When we lived in North Carolina, I saw roaches for the first time.
We didn't have them up north in ND/Minnesota.

I was born in North Carolina and lived there until 4th grade started - I don't remember ever seeing a roach until I got down here. We had spiders though D:

Daddy longlegs and those little pill bugs.

I don't know how they got in, but one time in a downstairs bedroom the floor was COVERED in those little bugs...all curled up in little balls.

I have a phobia of insects, but there are specific ones that will make me scream, cry, and hide forever. For example, moths invaded the house one summer, and now every time I see one I get angry and terrified.

I'm making my room Harry Potter themed (and I don't even like Harry Potter LOL but my kids do!)

So I'm making a bunch of stuff for the classroom!
