They're pretty similar to the ones I have now, but are not transition lenses, which I'm happy about.

I'll have to take some comparison photos when I bring them home, just for fun.

Is transition lenses the one where they turn into sunglasses when you go outside? Or they gradually magnify as you look down?

The sunglasses kind.

It's a pretty cool idea. You step outside and don't have to worry about wearing a different pair of sunglasses or hurting your eyes. But the part that no one tells you is that, once you step back inside, they stay dark for up to 30 minutes. Mine take forever to change back. This isn't really a problem in summer when I practically live outside, but it's horrible for the rest of the year. I'll only be outside for about 2 minutes, but the lenses stay dark for way too long afterward.

Transition lenses seem more like a pain than they are worth. I have contacts, which I find to be pretty easy to deal with. ^_^

I am at my two week military training.

I just never wear sunglasses and always wear my normal glasses.
My eyesight is so bad that if I wear contacts, I'd need reading glasses.
