Puppet, I think it's a wrestling move.

Something about grabbing and stuff. I'm not really into the sport/martial art so much but think along the lines of grab and throw kind of move then?

The wrestling talk was brought about since I was watching videos of Sergei Dragunov from Tekken since I got lost on Youtube. Was supposed to be watching stuff of Lili Rochefort.
