Ble, Zig's train is delayed so she's trying to keep up with the event on her phone but it isn't working well. T_T

I feel so very non-tech-savvy whenever I hear of people using phones to access the internet.

I just recently got a smart phone but otherwise I've always been behind tech wise. I didn't have texting for the longest time and whenever my friends who didn't know sent me messages I would have to pay for them. >.<

Do you live in one of those countries/places where you have to pay to receive calls and text messages?
