Well I contacted the admins and we had a deliberation on the matter and they choose to transfer the funds to me to hand out for the event. I had all of the funds listed and what they were for. So it was all documented and such.. so it was able to be done. :)

EXCELLENT work Ivvy! I am so glad! This is my first user event:) I have no clue what other events are like, but so far it seems to be running quite well:)
