Unseen and forgotten, faeries lurk in the dark.. and in this modern time, few exist in the world. This is due to the pollution and their ruined homes within the forests and meadows on Earth. As of now, many take refuge within preserved land, or in distant forests and jungles, for fear of discovery or extinction..
xxxxx Currently, the numbers of this small race has been reduced by one, and the most important at that. The faerie queen, Nyie. Nyie, unlike the others, did have hope for the humans again.. believing, perhaps, a small few could help save the Earth, that had been hurt and wounded by their kind.. and with that, gave the last of her powers to several individuals. These seven are to stop a certain company, who, in fact unlike many, knew of the faeries existence.. and of their powers and ability to take back the Earth as their own. This comany plans to have many of the remaining forests, woods and jungles cut down and used for producing usable objects.. such as couches, desks, dressers, and houses.The owner of this company as also hired scientists and inventors to create weapons and devices the group of seven he has chosen. These will enhance their natural abilites, as well as give them a small power of their own.
xxxxx Nyie hoped dearly that these seven could stop the company from destroying those remaining areas.. needing them for her people, and for the good of Earth. She had told her subjects of her plan, and with a relectuance, the faeries agreed that they would watch over these humans, and try to help direct them to the destiny Nyie wished for them... even seven were chosen to personally guide them with their powers.
xxxxx Now.. what will our group do? Will they stop this company from killing the remaining faeries, and harming the world greatly.. or will they use it for greedy wishes of their own?
Our story begins in the great city of New York, where RYOR, the company, resides. All of our heroes live here as well, and each of them play a different role in life, a role most would assume ordinary for anyone of their status.
01. You must stick to the Menewsha rules, no matter what. Disregarding these rules and breaking them can be you're own suspension or ban.
02. There will be NO god-modding. Your character must have two or three weaknesses, and can never get out of a fight without having a scratch.
03. Each person is limited to three characters, seeing as there are not slots to fill. Each person can have a guardian, company worker, and a gifted. There is no two of one thing, because that can become unfair to others. UNLESS we are in need of more characters, but none are joining. This is the ONLY exception to break this rule.
04. I go by the three-strike rule, which is the following... Warning, Warning, Ban or Suspension. If you want to get off my bad list, then you need to wait three weeks until your warning(s) expire, and your good again.. but cause trouble the second time, you'll be banned.
05. This is a semi-literate Roleplay, which means you should be able to manage writing 6+ detailed paragraphs. Writers block is understood, but if you post small replies too often, then you may need a talking to.
06. Drama, Romance, ect are fine in the Roleplay. Homosexual,Bisexual and Heterosexual pairings are all allowed.. the only part about this is that you MUST keep it PG-13; no matter what. Because, as said, you need to follow Menewsha guidelines.
07. Gore is a small want, but Violence is fine.. but just look back to rule 06, keep it PG-13/14. Don't go overboard and drag on for several pages.
08. Please don't harrase eachother in OOC. This is the last thing we want.

There are several powers to choose from, and they are the following:

To determine who you want as your guardian/pupil, look in the OOC forum and see who is willing. NOTE, your guardian MUST have the same power as you do, or else they cannot teach you anything.
You may take on the role of the leader that leads RYOR if you'd like, but he counts as one of your three.
