well, I'm terribly sorry to be the barer of bad news, but I'm afraid I must inform you that our little game is on a temporary hiatus. Hopefully we will return to it in the fall.

Right, well, as it says above, this is still a work in progress, soooo, if you're jumping the gun and trying to figure out what the heck is going on, :feesh: back up. Just relax, I'll have this completed soon and chalked full of awesome information about the world, back story, and characters of our RP, The Earth Caught Between.

This top intro paragraph, when all is said and done, will be filled with the basic premise of the story we're playing in.

The next section will be reserved for background story of the world we're playing in. Possibly time lines, possibly just a quick history, not sure yet.

Next we'll have a post all about the different types of characters that can be played. Basic info on what goes on in each different race, what you'd have to know to play one a character of that race (and give it your own personal touch and flavor of coarse!) etc, etc.

After that comes a list of characters sorted by what type of creature they are.

Then! Last, but DEFFINITELY not least for the early reserved spots, will be 4 posts reserved for character profiles. 1 :angel: for Angels/Higher powers, 1 :twisted: for Demons/blatantly evil super beings, 1 :rawrmayor: for humans, half helled, and other things stuck in the middle, and 1 :squee: for everything of unknown origin and purpose (after all, we don't wanna give to much mystery away about something the story line hasn't discovered yet, now would we?).

After all those reserved are out of the way, we'll start working on getting caught up on what all has happened up to this point.

Also, I'd like it to be known that Sweet_Serender159 and Hyena are the two other people I would consider to be heading up this rp. They've been great helps in shaping the world we're playing in and have volunteered to help me with the OOC thread, so they'll be popping in allot here with updates and summaries of recent events. As far as I'm concerned they run this shindig just as much as I do, so if anyone wants to join or has questions, you can talk to them as well as me if you prefer.[COLOR="Silver"]

Angels
Angels are the active warriors of heaven. They're a cast like social structure, divided into houses. Each house serves different purposes, and dictates the powers of the Angels within them. While angels do not age, and heal from injuries quickly, they are not indestructible. Healing takes time, and the more damaged they take the weaker they are. Angels can be killed, but it's tricky.

Angels are no fans of humans, but shepherd them because it is what they are ordered to do, though they view them as lower beings. They hate the demons, and would rather die than forge any kind of alliance with them, but for the largest number of them, they hate the half helled even more, viewing them as traitors and cowards, which is worse in their honor rich society.

Well... sadly kiddies, I don't think I'm going to get this finished tonight as promised. The last 2 nights here have been WAY busier than expected, and I've been crazy at home trying to get my house spotless for my parents tomorrow. Next week all should be back to normal, and I'll actually ahve time to finish doing my homework and getting the backstore to kinda morph into various mythology and christian history and what not so it seems believably legit :-p I'm weird and ocd like that. It will happen though! No worries!
