He gave a nod before he closed his eyes again. With a soft yawn he rested some more. "I love you..." he murmured to her.

"I love you too..." She said softly as she curled back up and went to sleep. She was tired still.

A few hours later Anna carefully woke Mariabella. "mommy...I'm hungry..." she whispered.

She woke and smiled softly. "Of course." She said kindly. She pulled herself up from her seat and knelt down on the floor so that Anna might feed. "Soon you'll be able to hunt of you own accord." She said with a grin.

The girl nodded before drinking from her mother gently. She knew that Maria was tired, so she did't drink much.

Jack soon woke and looked down at them with a smile. "Morning." he yawned.

After Anna was finished, Maria looked up to Jack and smiled lightly. "Good morning, dearest." She said softly.

Cutely he rubbed his eyes before looking at his girls. He smiled as Anna got to him, hugging him lovingly. "Did you both rest well enough?" he asked them softly.

"Yes, thank you." Mariabella said with a nod. "And you?"

He nodded. " yes, I've slept lovely." he smiled before standing up slowly. "I'm going out to hunt, I'm thirsty. Should I bring you something too?" he asked her.

"No... I can do it for myself." She said with a nod. She had to stay slightly independent. Instinct kicked in.

He smiled and nodded. "okay my love." he smiled and kissed her lovingly. Slowly he stretched out, before fixing his clothing a bit and moving out.

It took him a few hours before he got something to eat. When he had just finished he felt a sharp pain in the back of his neck, causing him to pass out for a few moments.
