miro; Eh, thats a matter of opinion. : / PS is def. way more complicated, and overall covers any kind of graphic design whereas OC is simpler and more painterly. I personally prefer a lot of the tools OC has (watercolour <333 ) because they work more the way I want them to. Plus PS wasn't working with my tablet so fuck that. xD

Iz all a matter of preference, and what you need to do. A lot of people use OC for lineart, because they tend to be much smoother and its easier to draw on there. Plus it doesn't cost a fortune xP

I'm just used to PS and I was first introduced to PS...and I never heard of OC or anything else like that. I learned and messed around with PS until I got the standard point of view how to use it when I want to. I basically just use it for graphic banners or something like that...I only draw when I feel like it. I haven't mastered the two-tones on everything like you use but I try to make them natural as I can. @_@;;

I know how to make things animated though... like that Loading picture on the ipod or that "banner loading" gif I made. I can make avatars blink too, but thats about it for me on those animations. (I don't think I want to get into that anymore...because its too complicated for myself)

miro; Yeah, I'd never really gotten to mess around with PS :< I used OC first, but not that much, just got the hang of the layers, and uh the blur tool, lol. xD Yarr, like I said, PS is not just used for colouring art, its got a much wider range since lots of companies use it and whatnot. Ah, shading took me a while too xD I used to just do slabs of colour with the spoon pen then blur them together and it almost looked watercoloury but a little washed out.

I don't know much myself, either xDD I just work with what I got, and mess around with new things from time to time.~
