Okay, so, I'm not really looking for advice or critique, although if I were to receive them, that'd be good I guess. :) Just felt like posting some of my more recent stuff and WIPs on here!






I'm actually starting to get somewhere with this artsy fartsy business. I went to a comic art college education for two years, but after that I got more into sculpting my own dolls (BJDs) and other things happened, so my drawing has been standing still for quite some time. Glad to be back on track - even if it only lasts like a month or something!

Anyways, if anybody has anything to say about my art, or something else, don't hesitate to comment! :)

You're pretty good at drawing! You must have done a lot of drawing from life, because it's pretty realistic!

Haha, not really, I've been really lazy actually. ^^; But when I do pick up my pen, I try to do research and check out as many poses and so on as possible. It really helps. :)

Yeah, it helps a lot if you know what things look like from all sorts of different angles, because then it's a lot easier to draw them.

And then you can picture them in your head, and they're easier to draw!

Mhmm. You've got to understand what it is you're going to draw. And then you have to memorize it - and that's basically what drawing is all about. That, and having lots of fun, of course! :)
