This is my current experiment with the new prismacolor pens I have bought for $15 free shipping, so right now I have only those to work with. I did mess up on the neck shading, yes I know that, I won't be trying that anytime soon. Then I will be getting color markers in this week probably by Thursday. So tell me what do you think this little piece is worth.

Lines look good so far. Do you use guide lines when you draw?
Once you get the markers you might not need to shade with the pens. Just put in lines and black fills.

I sketch out my picture before I draw it normally, so I ink over it, erase, and it's done by then or I color it.

I would suggest using guide lines on the face. The nose and mouth are off kilter from each other making the fact seem a bit loop sided.
