so i finished getting everything ready, got all dressed... but then i dropped the chicken and when i bent down to pick it up.... my hair caught on fire! now everything is ruined!

All I said was that I think it's tacky. I like to see people being creative with in their means, I joined a round of project mene and did almost the whole thing in white because 85% of my inventory is white.

Thank you! I really like the star halo, but find it to generally be rather difficult to use. It doesn't really fit most things, and can be so bold. I jumped on the opportunity. xP

suona, yes that bright pink counts. it's bold!

@Suona - I totally agree with you! I've tried to use it once and it just didn't seem right.

@ Linny - Thank you! I'm trying to broaden the theme to less common pastels. But I know I'll have a hard time choosing one at the end to use now. xP

it's funny because before i changed for some of the contests i wanted to enter, i was sporting a very similar color scheme; the light sea green, the cream color and gray for pastels with black as the bold.

overall, it's worth it to try something different to stick out. it's supposed to be a bit tricky which is why the prize is so freakin huge lol

Oh, I remember that one. I liked the sage with the black.

I started this one with the staff and then the hair and went from there. Sage was really the only thing I could find that matched well. I have been trying to use brown since it's one of the few things I have shades of. :x But the head is always so tricky.

That's what I figured, but it's easy to overdue it too. So far I've made 4, and I'll nitpick at them for awhile before I decide.

I rarely go with pastels, so it's interesting to me. I like thinking up new color schemes. This is all I've gotten so far, and I'm thinking of nixing the blue entirely. Decisions, decisions.

hmmmm you've got some good entries there. i have my favorites out of those four but that might be playing unfair go with your gut and take your time. the event is long

Well, my laptop broke, so it's hard for me to get on to make an avi. I highjacked my mom's laptop today to play with making avis. xP I'm bad at events lately. They go by far too quickly for me. I can't seem to keep up. At least I saw it around when it started this time.

I wouldn't be able to host avi contests like you do. I always want to participate in them xP I have extra items on my mule. I should host my own avatar contest sometime.

yea it's hard for sure because i like to do contests too that's why i always do the user run ones, any i can find lol
