I wouldn't exactly call it fit if you see girls who are smaller than you being slender and all. That's just plain anorexic. There's a lot of that in many places, but there's still a lot of that here in Cali. I'm a big gal and I'm semi-content with my size. I want to get into a workout regimen, just to lose a few pounds and build some muscle, but it's impossible for me to stick with it when I do it alone. I actually pity the women who starve themselves just so that they can fit into size 0's. Some women are naturally small due to genetics, but that doesn't make them fit either. xD

I want to do the same!! I hate doing it alone too. It's less fun and I have no idea if I'm doing things right. Plus then there's no one to push you to work harder.

Missouri was a pretty overweight state. One of the top ten in the nation. It's a huge culture shock to me, one of many lol.

I want to say I pity those girls too, but I've been one of them and sometimes still I am one. Not to fit into a size zero, but just I dunno. It's a really difficult thing to explain. Just to be thinner and eating less (I swear I eat about two meals a day) is easier and no one knows the difference.
It's tough though. I really like cooking and baking foods.

Pshh girl you're living good. I'm talking about girls who will literally starve themselves. One time, back in high school, I didn't have much money so I would just buy a thing of tick tacks and eat that throughout my school day. I did get SOME exercise from walking class to class and dance PE, but I lost a drastic amount of weight in a few month's time. It was very unhealthy. I'll never do that again. You at least eat meals throughout the day and, really, two meals a day isn't bad.

Bahah thank you! I like how my beer mug came out...but it really only looks good on a white background...
On top of a different background it sticks out too much since the outlines are so light. xD

I hate my body plain and simple. I have tried to lose weight and all that jazz but seriously nothing works. If I eat any healthier I will be a rabbit. My boyfriend is always trying to get me to see differently about myself and he always ends up frustrated when I tell him to stop. I know I have a slight case of Body Dimorphic Disorder. I really can't stand to look at myself in mirrors at all. I hate everything about me, that's why I have a deep love of piercings. They change your body without it being seriously drastic

lol well the way I see it, I need 1200 calories just to exist daily... And I only take in about 800 or so. Toss in my two jobs and I'm burning a lot more than I'm energizing myself for. Whenever I go home my family and friends notice it and immediately give me all sorts of foods haha.

I got what you mean though. That is true. I haven't done that in a couple of years. When I was I grad school, I was literally too busy to eat. So I dropped to about a half meal a day.
That sucked.

The gold mountain is fun!

It's okay I am slowly learning to like my body. We will see on the loving part...So am I, if I didn't have him I don't think I would be where I am today with how I feel toward my body.

I try to avoid mirrors, but then I realized that I was really making my self depressed so now I have made it a habit where if I look in a mirror and I am by myself I will smile, or make funny faces. It actually helps I found

I'm okay with my body. It's not 100% what I want, but I feel like everything I'd have to go through to get it where I want just isn't worth the effort, so I figure I might as well accept it. And a lot of it is just down to my genetics. I just naturally have disproportionately large thighs and no amount of weight loss can change that. I've lost a lot of weight over time and my proportions never really changed. I've also accidentally lost 5 pounds or so during periods where I was very stressed (I gained it back once I was okay) and all that loss did was make me look sickly thin. My thighs were still big but my ribs started to show and I got a little too boney. So there's just no changing my thighs, might as well accept them. My stomach isn't totally flat either, but eff crunches, they're the devil! I'm fine with being soft, it makes me more cuddly.
