This is entirely about clothes/things you wear. Skins, backgrounds etc. are not relevant!
Clothes/things you wear must be 100% true green, not teal or petrol etc.
The only exceptions are fastenings: belt and shoe buckles, zips, buttons etc. NOTHING ELSE!
Anything that isn't clothing can be any colour.

some things i wasn't sure on. apparantly the harem skirt counts with its thin trim line though :]

I read somewhere in the rules that buckles are an exception to the rules.
