I'm kinda slowish with replies as I'm trying to get my brother's present finished before he gets home from town.

Doing alright.

Just finished pretty much everything I have to do so I'm trying to enjoy a bit of the event.

I'm making him a little yellow felt helicopter (he's a helicopter pilot). And I don't have money for any actual store bought gifts this year. So I'm making my family handmade things - mom is getting a sewn felt blue bird, my brother the helicopter and my dad is getting home made rainbow peppermint patties. :]

Oh man, those peppermint patties sound awesome! I'm sure your family will love them. I used to make all of my gifts but now I just don't have the time. V_V

Zig: They did turn out better than I thought they would - the peppermint patties.
I wish I had the money to go out and buy things, but sadly I'm a broke not working college student with limited funds. *lol*

I managed to get a lot of stuff on sale this year which was great.

See, I love making things - so I put up with it, and what I'm making now is more annoying with catching than usual so I can put up with it - in the hopes that my brother likes it.

I'm sure he will. Home made stuff is the best in my opinion, it's much more special.
I only sew when my clothes ask XP
