Letting other people misery hurt you physically is stupid. I know, I know, it's hard to keep track of everything and it feels helpless and stupid sometimes but I promise hurting yourself is NEVER going to fix it. Only calming down and going back with a cool logical brain will even begin to help.

I know I know but right now the only thing to distract how bad I feel is this pain..... I mean my best friend told me the reason but I can't think about why.

Then you need to find a new channel of distraction. I dont give a shit if Im being blunt here, it's stupid. Fucking stupid. It wont fix shit and it makes me angry. I love you hun but there are better things to be done then getting emo and cutting yourself 'cause you think it makes you feel better. You want to know what I do? I go take a nap or go to bed. Sleep is the ultimate distraction when you need one. And when you wake up you'll be rested and can start new and think about things form the right angle. Cutting with only dig your misery hole deeper so you feel worse.
