for a pop art style its actually rather good. i like the way the skin is blended and there is depth to it as well as the lips.
I think if there was more highlights and shadows in the hair it would make the eyes stand out more, which I'm assuming are the focal point of this piece.

I like your style; it's very pop-art-ish. But I'd probably add shading in the hair with thin, thin strokes. It'll add a little more realism to it. I'd also have a little more contrast in the shading of the face as well.

The skin has enough shading, i think. It being a photo messed up the colors.
But I do think the hair needs more shading and highlights.

It's well-drawn. Paint is a difficult medium.

Yeah, I spent a lot of time on the nose... This is the first time I paint since I was little and back then I outlined everything. xD So I didn't know how to do it.

The eyes creep me out and the lips bothers me for some reason..
But other wise it's pretty well done.

The eyes are suppoused to be scary.
