First you should upload them.

Then, you will see the button browse or upload. Click it and find the picture files you want to upload. then click OK.
It take seconds to few minutes to upload, depends on the file size and connection speed. When it is finished upload, it should have a LOT of codes for you to copy.
Read the tag for the codes. there are for forum, for email, for webpage. Choose the one for forum and copy paste it. OR find the code with the starting code look like:
