Yes me neither, but I heard that little snippet and it made me giggle.
Its all based on a Mayan calendar anyway, and they only say its the end of the world for a reason thats effectively Y2K all over again, its just a number ticking over -.-

I think end of the world claims are funny. there's no way they'd be true, but it's fun. I always said the the world would end because 2012 was when the freshman class from when I was a senior would be graduating.

I think there is another date that is important like Y2K was.
I believe it is 2038? It has something to do with unix.

It's 2064 and it's when computers will get faster than the human brain. :/ Er at least that's one of them.

I don't think 2038 was a world ending thing. Just that many computer programs would quit working.

Yes, I am sure there are many other "signs of the apocolypse".

Every generation has though it would be the last. We all see things as signs of the end, even when they are common as beach sand.
