The one you described was more like, the sign to Eat, or Food. It's one hand and you put the tip of your fingers to your lips once, or twice depending on what you want to say. Sorta flattened. Like a duck bill. XD

hmm... I know eat, the duck bill to the lips. the sandwich I was talking about was hands together like in prayer and fingers touching mouth (edit: but flat not tallways.)... I don't know what that is now. since sandwich is the other thing.
