It is a mystery! I suppose because I don't venture out much in Nations unless I'm pinged somewhere.

That sounds intriguing! How do you have it?

The very first picture in that last set is all chocolate and grapefruit.
It's a chocolate grapefruit ganache, grapefruit curd, cocoa nib breton, dried grapefruit chips and slices of grapefruit marinated in a caramel Campari sauce! It was delicious!

It was for the centerpiece portion of my Chocolates and Sugars class! He based the design off of one of my classmate's tattoos, which is awesome since originally we were going to have to do a turkey. The owl turned out so much more badass. Haha.
