Jean - I need to lose about 85 pounds and I'm not planning to use Akins to its full extent just some parts and I really don't plan on counting carbs or anything like that period.

Momo - I would but I need stuff to wear.

Well, I still need to lose about 30-40 more lbs.
It's just kinda slow, but I figure that if it comes off slow, then it'll stay off.

I really don't "count" carbs anymore. I just follow the plate portioning thing, and it seems to work well.

Jean - That's good. I need to start eating less junky things and treat myself once in a while. I need more healthy foods but we aren't exactly rich.

Cucumbers...lots of cucumbers.
They're cheap, filling, and good for you.

That and carrots.
I eat carrots with a sandwich rather than chips...

They are both yummy and I like salt with cucumbers. My friend's mom ate lots of eggs in different styles and she lost 8 pounds within a week. She only ate eggs. I think I'm going to try it.

Still no money for new clothes.

On the subject of green foods and protein, I'm a fan of avocados.

Mayo doesn't work for those that don't eat eggs, like myself. There is vegan mayo, though. It's pretty decent.

Avocado is very fattening and can kill cats/dogs if they eat it ;n;

I'm studying as an Animal Groomer so I have to take Vet Tech stuff and I learn new things. A lot of new things. I look at my animals a bit differently.

Haven't heard about house plants but I'm sure there is. Like coffee, grapes, and certain nuts can harm an animal.

Nah they shouldn't come with warning labels. The owners should be smart enough to know what they should and shouldn't be feeding their pets.

I love to use a mashed avocado with a tiny bit of mayo, and onion and garlic as a mayo replacement. It's still fattening, but yummy.

I had heard that chocolate isn't good for dogs...
