On Gaia their implementing the 2% fee in the marketplace caused mass inflation because suddenly; no one wanted to sell their stuff when the demands for items came.

@Angelin: Those scarves have gotten really expensive. I helped my boyfriend get one and someone sold one to him cheap for like 3 mil.

@Angelin: It really wasn't that long ago. A few months I think. And it was a friend who sold it to him so he got it for like 1 mil less then the normal price at the time. But even then the scarves weren't this high.

I actually blame inflation more on cash shop than on 2% tax... when cash shop came out people had more choices to spend on and less people would buy sealeds. Then the sealeds went up cas there was less supply, causing other older MCs to go up because people were like "____ used to be worth 5 sealeds and now its worth 2 lets raise the price"

Well that's my theory anyway ^^;
