Thirteen hours? Huh, that's longer than I expected. But, that's nice. I spent the day out hiking around the city. Now I can spend the evening sitting on my butt Mene-ing. :D

No, but I have cookies! My friend works at a cookie store, Insomnia Cookies, and I popped in and bought some. Got a discount. :D It's like the named the place after me. They deliver cookies til 3am to hungry, high, lazy people.

There is an Insomnia Cookie on the campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Seems like a safe place to put such a service, on a college campus full of hungry students. While there were kitchenettes in my dorm, we were slowly stripped of the ability to use them because idiots that didn't know how to cook and were leaving stuff on the stove and going back to their rooms, burning stuff and setting off the alarms, and just generally not keeping the kitchens clean. So eventually, there was only one kitchen in the entire dorm that all ten floors had to share. I walked down six flights of stairs in the mornings to make myself a damn fried egg, then walked back up. So basically, I don't trust students to cook or dorms to provide the ability for them to cook. It's no wonder kids live off delivery food and whatever's in the cafeteria or student union.

yeah. Lots of people just aren't meant to cook...

I mean, I feel like it's a basic life skill. Every person should be able to manage a few simple dishes. To be able to, like, live!

Since people need to eat to live, their feelings on cooking don't matter. They either cook or live a life of unhealthy eating out...or eating raw stuff. I mean, raw and paleo diets are the new fad right?
