Introduction

Welcome.

This thread serves one purpose and one purpose only. This is a place where I, Dystopia, will demand art and you, the artist, will give art in exchange for absolutely nothing. That's right. I will offer you nothing and all you have to do is waste your time and skills to draw for the magnificent I. There really is no strings attached! My, you must be excited to get started. So might as well keep this crap short as possible so you can move onto the exciting stuff.

This is Hasuka. I spent a great deal of time on him and would truly appreciate it if you could take the time to read through his entire profile. It consists of two blog entries, isn't 100% complete. Updates are often small and slow. If you don't have the time or patience, it is appreciated if you could simply skim through the headings and read the parts related to your interest or what you are to draw. However, as you are doing this as a favor, this is merely a request and not a demand.

Skin: Light, leaning towards pale. Extremely light touches of pink hint color on his cheeks, shoulderblades, hips, and knees.
Face: Cherubic and youthful with large eyes. [Whizky].
Eyes: Jade Green. Yellow where light hits.

Personality: A quiet child who prefers simple, sure things, like the sun that rises and falls without fail instead of humans who come and go at whim. He prefers not to associate himself with such uncertain things and is extremely agreeable and polite when forced into social situations. When confronted with obstacles such as passing through crowds, he often conjures vivid, imaginary scenes to concentrate on. He usually indulges himself in these false realities so skillfully, he ends up falling or tripping or crashing or...

Art Credits

Post One:

• Glammy: It is a shame that there's no way to use this as a siggy losing the gorgeous background and general quality of the piece. I love Glam's macabre style and her ability to make transitions from one color to another so fluid and smooth. The ribbons have been cleverly woven into the art and pose like a spiderweb, decorating the background as well as the character in a way that went over my expectations.

Post Two:

• Smith: What I appreciate most about Smith is how well he shades the hair. The entire head area was done very well. His lips stand out and match the rest of the drawing and his eyes are jade green. I also like the detail that went into the lace on the band around his thigh. [Squidlyspooch!]

Post Three:

• David Keju: I love to flaunt this drawing. The eyes really stand out because of the shading and the beautiful, thick eyelashes. Cute lips, too! The adorable gloves are my favorite part of the outfit, which David designed himself. Even if the hues aren't accurate, the way they were changed balances the picture out.
• Lilis: This one just makes me want to squeal with happiness. I love what she did with the hands. Also, the untied shoelaces are a very cute touch and a detail that most artists miss. There isn't much else to say about this other than its cute. [Shoppu]
