Jakob just shrugged, motioning for him to go ahead. He put his waterbottle back, heading back over to his partner.

Reaching the other end of the court, Julius placed his hand on Rina's shoulder, making her turn around to face him. 'What did you want to tell me?' he asked, slightly curious now. She simply shook her hand, throwing his hand off her shoulder, 'I simply wanted to say that you're an asshole' she spluttered, glaring at him. Julius understood. She was still mad at him for abandoning her that day while they were hanging out. He rolled his eyes and continued with the lesson, trying hard not to tire himself out too much since he had a whole day in front of him.

After sports class, Julius didn't see Jakob for the rest of the day until they got back to their dorms in the late afternoon. He got to the dorm, glancing instantly towards Jakob's bed - empty. He wasn't here yet. He gave a sigh of relief, throwing his bags on the floor and collapsing onto his bed, face-first. He was exhausted, he hadn't been this tired for a long time.

Jakob had been asked to stay behind after his last class. Apparently his teachers were all amazed by his grades, and wanted him to join the tutoring program to help other students. Jakob declined. He had to work hard to keep his grades up... Tutoring would just take away from his study time.

Leaving the classroom, he headed to the library, checking out a couple books he needed for a project in his history class before heading up to the dorm.

As soon as Jakob entered their dorm, Julius shifted to his side, looking up at him. He was carrying a pile of books in his hands. Julius squinted as he tried to read the titles but gave up after a while, glancing at the younger boy's face instead, 'want some help with that?' he asked, trying to be helpful.

He dumped the books onto his desk, groaning as he flopped down into the chair beside it. "Did you mean with the research, or the books themselves?" He asked, looking over at Julius. He leaned down, unlacing his boots and kicking them off, then undid his tie and uniform shirt, leaving him in his blsck pants and tanktop.

'Pfft' he muttered, burying his face back into his pillow, 'do you really think I can help you with your research' he mumbled in a muffled voice. His head was starting to ache and he knew that it was the start of a migraine. He always experienced painful migraines whenever he was anxious or, in this case, extremely exhausted. His muscles ached whenever he moved, he rummaged clumsily through his bedside drawer, trying to look for some painkillers.

Jakob watched Julius curiously. "You feeling alright?" He asked, sounding concerned. Rummaging through his backpack, he pulled out his painkillers, going over to the redhead. "Headache?"

'Yeah...' he nodded, weakly, taking the painkillers from Jakob. He threw two in his mouth, taking a glass of water from the table beside him, taking a sip from it. He placed it back on the table and groaned as he fell back into bed. He closed his eyes for a moment before opening one eye and looking at Jakob who was standing beside him looking concerned, causing a small smile to appear on the older boy's face. He reached out his arm and grabbed Jakob's, pulling him towards him, 'come here' he said, motioning him to join him in bed.

Jakob flushed slightly, but laid down next to Julius. "They should kick in pretty quick- they're prescription grade painkillers..." He said, curling up against the older boy, draping an arm across him.

'I'm already starting to feel better' he chuckled, kissing him softly. Julius closed his eyes and soon dozed off.

Kissing back, Jakob smiled, brushing a strand of hair out of Julius' face as he fell asleep. He laid there for a while, just watching him, before deciding it was safe to get up, hopi g his movement wouldn't wake the older boy. Going over to his desk, he opened his history notebook, going over what his project was supposed to be. He already had a topic in mind, having mentioned it to the teacher, getting approval.

Julius slept through the whole afternoon and didn't even wake up during the night. It was early the next morning when the red haired boy woke up, and only due to hunger since he had skipped dinner the night before. He rubbed his eyes roughly, pushing the covers off him and climbed out of bed. He reached under his bed and retrieved a half-eaten bag of chips that he had stashed under his bed for when he got hungry during the night. He got back into bed, pulling the covers up to his nose and began eating, trying to be careful not to make too much noise. His head was much better. The painkillers had certainly been strong, not only did they cure his migraine, they made him sleep peacefully through the whole night. He looked over to his right and noticed a sleeping Jakob. He smiled, if it wasn't for him he would still be in pain.

Jakob was bent over his desk, passed out with a book and an arm as his pillow, pen still in the other hand. He stirred slightly at the rustle of a chip bag, but remained asleep.

Julius frowned at the sight of the younger boy, sleeping on his desk. He must have fallen asleep studying. Such a nerd, he thought, rolling his eyes. Julius yawned and stashed his bag of chips back under his bed. He checked his time: 6 am. The older boy made his bed, brushed his teeth and took a warm shower. He changed into his uniform and threw his Math and History textbook into his bag before walking over to Jakob's bed and grabbing his pillow. He walked over to the sleeping Jakob, lifting his head gently and pushing the pillow under it. It'd be more comfortable than sleeping on his arm.

Jakob smiled softly in his sleep when Julius gave him the pillow,nuzzling into it.

He remained asleep for a while longer before his brain realized the change, and he woke up slowly. Lifting his head, he looked at the pillow i confusion, befor glancing around the room, eyes landing on Julius. He sat up, stretching in his seat, groaning when he felt his back and neck pop. "Wha' time's'it?" He ssked, rubbing the sleep ftom his eyes.

Julius was sat on his bed, playing on his console when he noticed Jakob stir in his sleep and slowly open his eyes, turning to face him. Julius gave him a smile and told him they were still early. He was about to get up and walk over to Jakob when he was distracted by a loud ping coming from his phone. He scooped up the phone from his table and glanced at the screen. The party group chat was exploding with incoming messages. That's right, he thought. The party is happening tonight. He muted the conversation and turned back to Jakob again, 'you okay?' he asked, scowling.

Jakob nodded. "'M fine..." He said, yawning a bit, before getting up from the desk and going to the bathroom after grabbing a change of clothes. He relieved himself, then got changed, forgoing a shower. He was sure they'd have time between their last class and the party to come back up and get ready. If not, he'd make time. Simple as that. He gave his face a quick scrub, and applied some deodorant, before esiting the washroom.

Thursday went by pretty fast. The teachers struggled to keep the students under control as there was constant chatter about the party later that evening. There was a wave of excitement all around the school. Girls giggled in every corner, discussing what to wear amongst themselves, and the guys were louder and more hyper than usual. Flyers littered every wall around the school, inviting all students to the party. The bell went signalling the end of lessons and all the students bustled off to their dorms to get dressed for the party. Julius stuffed his books in his bag and walked over to his friends and together they exited the classroom. Julius was buzzing with excitement and he was certainly not the only one. The boys walked confidently down the main hall, pushing each other and laughing. Julius was positive they'd all have a great time tonight and couldn't wait for the party to get started.

He darted up the stairs, two at a time and arrived outside his dorm room, panting heavily. He unlocked the door and pulled out a few outfits from his closet, dumping them on his bed and began pulling off his uniform.

The day went almost too quickly for Jakob. He knew Julius would try dragging him off to the party, even though he'd already told him he didn't want to go... He sighed, shaking his head a bit as he headed up to the dorm. Unlocking the door, he went in and flopped down on his bed, barely glancing at Julius's half-naked form.

'Oh, hey' Julius nodded, dragging a red t shirt with a dragon print over his head. He was wearing his grey skinny jeans and red converses. He walked over to Jakob and pulled on his arm, 'come on, get ready, let's go!' he persisted, eyes sparkling with excitement.

Jakob groaned slightly, letting Julius pull him up. "I don't want to go... But if you're gonna make me..." He sighed, getting to his feet when Julius let go of him, and headed for he washroom. "Pick something out for me while I take a shower, yeah?"

Julius nodded quickly, beaming as Jakob went to get ready. He opened his dresser and peeked at the other boy's clothes curiously, they were folded neatly on top of each other but were lacking in colour. He frowned and kept looking, he couldn't go to a party wearing black! He finally settled on a blue plaid over shirt and a white t shirt. He laid the clothes on Jakob's bed beside him and played on his phone as he waited for Jakob to come out of the bathroom.

Jakob took a quick shower, and came out wearing the jeans he'd had on earlier. He'd just pulled them out of his drawer that morning, so they were still clean. He looked to his bed, a little surprised at the outfit choice. "Where did you even find that shirt?" He asked, surprised. He hadn't thought he'd brought that blue one with him to the dorms. one of his parents must've found it in the laundry room and thrown it into his bag. He pulled the white shirt on, then the blue one, leaving it unbuttoned and rolling the sleeves up to his elbows.

Julius snickered softly and eyed him up after he was done dressing, 'you look gorgeous' he cooed, leaning into him and kissing him on the cheek. Julius stuffed his phone back in his pocket and grabbed Jakob's hand, dragging him to the door, 'let's go!'

He flushed slightly at the kiss. "But my hair!" He struggled slightly against Julius' grip. He never went out without it spiked.
