(Lets just do it as if all the people were entered into the world wherever they were at a character making hologram thing around them, and they couldnt get out of it until they said they were finished making the who they were, but everyone had to do it, that way theres no confusion, everyone is forced to join just like in the beginning and we can definitely get started, just this time pretend like your person is making the character he/she is going to be for the rest of the game. That brings down the confusion a bit and still gives the original basis for the game.)
