lol, Yes, White Cat came out in May. It was a good book, the narrative was unique. I enjoyed it a lot.

She also has posted on her Live Journal an excerpt of Red Glove, the second book in the series, and cover art. I can't wait.

I'm in love with them too! I wrote a letter to Holly Black and she hand wrote me one back. :3 It was really sweet and she sent me some Bookmarks and Stickers from Tithe and Valiant. :D It was really nice of her since I know that she's busy. I also asked her for some good mythology books and she gave me suggestions. :3 The letter is hanging on the wall of my room still and I've had it for 2 years. Lol.

I've read her Tithe series and she started me off on a faerie based reading spree! But now I can't seem to find any original ones, because they're all so similar. It would be wonderful if someone could recommend a few books about or involving faeries.
One series I would reccommend for people who liked Tithe is Wicked Lovely and other books by Melissa Marr.

Oh, they're great books! I actually read Ironside first, not realizing it was part of a series until I was a little ways into it. I liked it a lot, so I went and read Tithe, which I did not like nearly as much, but I thought it was alright. Though I'm really glad I read Ironside first by mistake, I don't think I would have ever read the other two books if Tithe had been my first introduction to her books.

Valiant is definitely my favorite of the three, though- I love Valerie and Ravus!

Papillon- Have you read Wildwood Dancing by Juliet Marillier? It's not strictly faeries, per se, but it might be to your fancy.

Oh! Wildwood Dancing is a brilliant book! And I agree with Iltu about Ironside being better than Tithe.

Oh man. I read Tithe and the rest of the series so long ago. I barely remember it. Haha. I remember it being really interesting though, albeit I always did love anything with fairy mythology in it. :3

I remember reading the books, I think it was Valiant where she talked about the drug Never... Oh man, I would kill to have something like that in my system... I need to reread those books. :)

Yeah, it's Valiant where they take never all the time.
