In other news, for the first time in years I've seen Cadbury chocolate filled eggs at the store, not just the creme kind. Huzzah.

My family makes this huge meal of like ham, deviled eggs, collard greens, macaroni 'n' cheese, potato salad, sweet carrots, and green peas. And cake. There's always some type of cake. I think this year it'll be coconut creme. ^-^

*drops on in* I think I'll be boiling some eggs and then dropping the cooked whites into some water with some food coloring with a small bit of vinegar, XD and making pastel colored easter eggs for deviled eggs :D

Some places seem to carry more Cadbury's than others. I think we get the short shrift*. Though we seemed to carry Kindereggs for a longer time than most of the country, so maybe it all balances out when it comes to imported chocolate.

*I don't eat much candy, never have. But I do have something of a weakness for Cadbury's. On my first trip to England, the hotel staff would restock my room every day with Cadbury's hot chocolate ;)

Those look amazing, Maria! Even if I can't eat standard marshmallows...

I don't like hard boiled eggs.

Every year my family makes ham and this year we're making... ham!

Sometimes we also make menudo and pozole, but not this time round. :(

...

AND... my favorite Easter treat are PEEPSTERS!

Holy crap, these things are so good.

Also most of the Cadbury you buy in America is made by Hershey. They bought the rights a few years ago, but I love Hershey too.
