What is love?

Pretend I am but an ignorant child and you must tell me...

What is love to you?

...and...

GO!!!

Are you looking for a serious answer, an opinion, or something cracky like "baby don't hurt me"? :3

Love is, like a hot tub, when you first get in it's a little too hot and you don't know if you can handle it but then when you stay in for a few you get nice and comfortable and just don't want to get out.

@EverlastingRitz- Nice! And then your skin gets all wrinkly and you have a chance of having a heart attack! XP

Love is the squishy feeling you get in your chest when you look in the eyes of the person you like the most. It's sparks and fireworks and bells going off in your brain and it's the knowledge that no matter what you will always try to do your best for your significant other, even if it means changing yourself.

Well. If you want it in to form of poetry, I think the one that best fits love is:
Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:
O no! it is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
It is the star to every wandering bark,
Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken.
Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle's compass come:
Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me proved,
I never writ, nor no man ever loved.

If I say opinion, I say love comes in way too many forms to count, but I think friendship is probably the strongest, as lame as it sounds. And compassion, I guess.

And as for silly answers, love is a nice smoothie.
Or maybe chasing your dad around the house with a Nerf gun.
